These reproduction 18th Century earrings were inspired by the two portraits by Italian Artist Pietro Rotari shown in the first image.  Both women are wearing large blue-stone earrings with dangling pearl drops.  I've always loved these portraits, and knew I had to recreate their lovely jewelry!

My earrings are made with vintage glass Crystal stones in Sapphire blue (shown) or a Montana Sapphire Navy blue which is similar to the earrings worn by the girl on the right.  The stones are set in my high-quality cast brass settings which have been plated in your choice of Gold, Silver, or antique versions of both.  My earrings are nickel free and wonderful quality.  The large pearl dangle is made with a vintage acrylic pearl, so they aren't too heavy to wear.
