Cute … Adorable … it's a vintage gray enamel kitty cat brooch signed HAR!
The kitty pin has a gray enamel body with pink ears and deep green stone eyes that give this it kind of a Psycho Kitty appearance. (Maybe some catnip??) It has a ball of blue yarn at its feet.
Measurements: Kitty measures 1 1/2" wide and about 1 1/2" high.

Condition: Excellent condition. The blue enamel on the ball of yarn is a little bit on the cat's leg, but it was manufactured that way. I find no chips or scratches and the safety clasp is in fine working order.
